She is amazing and will get your parcels on their way, but she only comes out to the farm every few days. Once your parcel has left the farm I will send you your tracking number.

Our shipping is done through NZ Post prepaid bags no matter how big or small your order is. This ensures that they are weather protected and small, single rolls are not misplaced in transit.
Trinkets will be posted at 50 cents per trinket with a maximum of $3.00 per order, free shipping for orders over $10.00 standard post
We are offering FREE DELIVERY to Inglewood customers, and your purchase will be delivered to your door or letterbox.
We ship via NZ Post Monday - Friday.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order in less than 24 hours, during business hours. Once enroute the courier target delivery time is 1-2 business days for New Zealand addresses and 2-6 business day for all other countries. If you live in a remote location, delivery may be longer due to reduced delivery cycles in your area. Orders placed on holidays, or weekends, we will begin processing the next business day.
These delivery times are made in good faith, but are estimates, and we will not be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.
If goods are lost, or damaged, in transit, you must contact us within 7 business days for New Zealand deliveries or within 14 days for all other countries. We will then make a claim against our courier company. Once we have received confirmation from the company that delivery was not successful, we will replace the product free of charge. Where this is not possible a full refund of the purchase price will be made.
All our items are checked individually by hand before dispatch, and we hope you will love them as much as we do.
Wishy Washi will only accept returns for the following:
• Goods damaged prior to delivery
• Goods with manufacturing faults
• Goods supplied incorrectly
• Goods that vary from their description on the Wishy Washi website

Refunds are only available for items that are damaged in transit or faulty. Goods need to be returned within 2 weeks or purchase and will be refunded, excluding return shipping.
Payment is via PayPal with any Visa/Mastercard Debit Card or Credit Card as a PayPal Guest without opening a PayPal account.
If you have a PayPal account, you may pay with any Visa/Mastercard Debit/Credit Card OR using your PayPal balance.

Please be aware that this method may result in up to a 2 day delay in the dispatch of your order, as we will not mail your items until payment has cleared.

Wishy Washi website reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. Wishy Washi obligations will be limited to protections provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
In event of any cancelled order, cheque or direct debt payments will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In the event that credit card payment is processed for a cancelled order, refunds will processed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Customers who wish to cancel any order must notify Wishy Washi by email (email@example.com) by 10am on the next business day following the date of order.
